脱落酸被土壤"掩盖"了的功能:调节根系构型形态建成

摘  要:植物根系发育是一个重要的农艺性状。由于根系具有结构和生长模式简单、信号感受灵敏等,有可能成为研究植物发育可塑性的良好材料。通过分析脱落酸在根的生长,侧根和根毛的发生和生长中及根构型形成的可能信号转导过程中的作用,并由此提出未来的研究应关注的科学问题。对根系分子机制的探讨不仅有利于阐明如何调控根发育可塑性这一复杂和困难的生物学问题,而且对农业生产也极为重要。

The ABA role covered by soil: control of root system architecture formation

Abstract: Root is one of the agronomical important aspects of plant. The relative simplicity of the growth patterning and the sensitivity to environmental conditions make the root system architecture a useful model for the study of plant developmental plasticity in particular. Abscisic acid (ABA) has a central role in this developmental plasticity. The role of ABA in the possible signal transduction pathways for modulating root growth, lateral root and root hair development and root system architecture formation are analyzed, future research need to be studied are also proposed. Elucidation of the molecular mechanism will be helpful for understanding the rule controlling root system development, and will be very important for agricultural production.
