Netrin-1受体UNC5C和DCC抑癌作用的研究进展

摘 要:大肠癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤。在西方发达国家,其发病率居恶性肿瘤的第二位,在世界范围内居第三位,在我国其发病率呈上升趋势。大肠肿瘤的发生发展是多基因参与、多步骤、多阶段的复杂过程,在这个过程中,抑癌基因具有重要的作用。神经生长因子1(Netrin-1)受体UNC5C和DCC是近年来在大肠癌中发现的可能的抑癌基因,靶向作用Netrin信号通路不仅对晚期大肠癌有治疗可能,而且对早期癌甚至晚期腺瘤都有治疗可能。

The study progress of netrin-1 receptors UNC5C and DCC as tumor-suppressor genes

Abstract: Colorectal cancer is a common gut malignant tumor. It is the second common malignant tumor in western countries and the third in the world. The incidence of colorectal cancer has increased in recent years in our country. The process of colorectal cancer is complicated, which include multiple genes, several steps and phases. In this process, anti-oncogene plays an important role. Netrin-1 receptors UNC5C and DCC have been reported as potential tumor suppressor genes in colorectal cancer in recent years. Targeting on the netrin signal pathway may cure not only the advanced stage colorectal cancers, but also the early carcinomas, even the advanced stage adenomas.
