免疫标记技术的进展及纳米技术在其中的应用 |

摘 要:酶免疫标记、胶体金免疫标记及荧光免疫标记技术是目前应用最广泛的免疫反应检测技术。随着科学技术, 尤其是纳米技术的发展和生物医药等方面的需求,人们在提高检测灵敏度、简化操作步骤、有效缩短检测时间等方面,取得了很多可喜的进展。本文将分别针对酶免疫标记、胶体金免疫标记及荧光免疫标记技术三方面的进展情况,尤其是纳米标记技术在免疫反应检测中的应用进展进行综述。 关键词:免疫反应;酶免疫标记;荧光免疫标记;胶体金免疫标记;纳米技术 中图分类号:N39;Q71;R730.49 文献标识码:A |

Abstract: Enzyme immuno-labeling assay,gold nanoparticle immuno-labeling and fluorescence immuno-labeling assay are used most widely in immunoassay. With the development of nano-technology and the demand of biomedicine, progresses were made in improving detection sensitivity, tailing detection time, simplifying procedures and so on. This is a briefly review about the progresses in enzyme immuno-labeling assay,gold nanoparticle immuno-labeling and fluorescence immuno-labeling assay, especially the application of nano-technology in these immunoassay.
