脂筏与T细胞信号转导

摘 要: 抗原提呈细胞将抗原加工处理后通过MHCⅠ/MHCⅡ类分子提呈供T细胞识别。TCR对抗原的识别引起一系列下游信号事件的发生,最终使T细胞激活,但对TCR复合物结合抗原后引起胞内区磷酸化的早期事件机制还不是很清楚。最近的研究揭示脂筏参与了这一早期信号事件的发生。脂筏是一种膜脂双层内含有的特殊微区,T细胞膜表面参与T细胞激活的各种关键信号分子都定位于脂筏。T细胞激活过程中脂筏通过聚集和重分配形成一个信号转导的平台。

Lipid raft mediate T cell signal transduction

Abstract: Antigen is processed and presented by antigen present cell to T lymphocytes through MHC classesⅠ/Ⅱ molecules. The recognition of antigen by TCR stimulates TCR complex and leads to a series of downstream signaling events which activate T cell. However, the mechanism of early signaling events causing the phosphorylation of ITAM triggered by antigen is not clear. Recent researches reveal that lipid raft may be involved in this process. Lipid raft is a special kind of detergent resistant microdomain floating on the cell plasma membrane, in which the key components of T cell activation signaling pathway locate. Lipid raft assembly into a platform for signal transduction via aggregation and redistribution during T cell activation.
