芽孢形成中的sigma因子

摘 要:在整个芽孢形成过程中,不对称分裂前的细胞中以及不对称分裂所产生的前芽孢和母细胞中都分别由不同的sigma因子在起作用。sigma因子的时空特异性表达导致基因表达具有时空特异性。并且无论存在于同一区域的sigma因子,如σF和σG、σE和σK之间,还是存在于不同区域的sigma因子,如σF和σE、σE和σG、σG和σK之间都存在着相互制约的关系。每个sigma因子都有自己特定的转录子。这些s因子的作用最终导致前芽孢发育为成熟的芽孢,母细胞则最终裂解。本文就枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)中与芽孢形成相关的五种s因子研究状况作简要的概述。

Advance of sigma factors in sporulation

Abstract: In sporulation,the cell before asymmetric division and the forespore and the mother cell produced by asymmetric division all have especial sigma factors. The time and space specificity of sigma factors results in the time and space specificity of genes express. The sigma factors existing in the same area for example σF and σG、σE and σK have relation with each other, and the sigma factors existing in different area for example σF and σE、σE and σG、σG and σK have close relation too. Every sigma factor has specifically regulon. Due to all the sigma factors, the engulfed forespore develops into the mature spore and the mother cell lyses ultimately. This article is about the main progress of the sporulation-specific five kinds of sigma factors .
