小鼠胚胎第一次细胞命运决定的分子调控机制

摘 要:着床前小鼠的发育过程中,随着囊胚的形成,胚胎建立了两个不同的细胞系:滋养外胚层(TE) 和内细胞团(ICM),且发生两次重要的命运选择。主要回顾了两个经典发育模式,即内外模式(inside-outside model) 和极性模式(polarity model),总结了TE 和ICM 第一次谱系分离过程中起关键作用的分子调控机制,并探讨了存在于卵裂球间的分子差异,对细胞极性、细胞命运和分子调节之间存在的复杂联系也进行了讨论。

Molecular regulation of the first cell fate determination in mouse embryo

Abstract: During preimplantation development, mouse embryos establish two distinct cell lineages by the time of blastocyst formation, trophectoderm (TE) and inner cell mass (ICM). There are two cell fate determinations during the early embryonic development. Here we reviewed two classical models, the inside-outside model and polarity model. Furthermore, we summarized key molecular regulations within the first separation of TE and ICM lineages. Finally, the molecular differences between blastomeres and the complex relations among cell polarity, cell fate and molecular regulations are discussed.
