白藜芦醇神经保护作用的研究进展

摘 要:白藜芦醇属于多酚类化合物,是葡萄酒中的主要活性成分之一。白藜芦醇在脑缺血、脊髓损伤、癫痫以及神经退行性疾病等中具有广泛的生物活性,其神经保护机制可能包括抗氧化、抗炎、抑制兴奋性损伤、调控非编码小RNA (microRNA) 的表达以及相关信号通路的转导等。就自藜芦醇在神经系统中的生物活性予以综述。

Recent advances in the study on neuroprotection effects of resveratrol

Abstract: Resveratrol, a naturally occurring polyphenolic compound, is one major active component in red wine. Increasing evidence shows resveratrol has a wide range of bioactivities in the prevention and treatment of neuronal pathologies including brain ischemia, spine cord injury and neurodegenerative diseases. Effects of resveratrol include anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, down-regulation of neuronal excitability, regulation of microRNA expression and signal pathway transduction. Here, we provide a review of recent advances on resveratrol, primarily focusing on the biological activity of resveratrol in neuronal pathologies.
