木犀草素的药理作用研究进展

摘 要:木犀草素是一种天然黄酮类化合物,存在于多种蔬菜和药用植物中。其具有多种药理学作用,包括抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、保护神经系统等,是一种广泛存在且具有药用价值的化合物。随着对木犀草素研究的深入,对其药理作用的分子机制有了一定的认识。对近年来木犀草素的药理作用研究进展进行综述,并着重介绍其分子机制。

Advances in studies on pharmacological effects of luteolin

Abstract: Luteolin is a common flavonoid that exists in many types of plants including fruits and medicinal herbs. It has multiple pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, nervous system protection and so on. Luteolin is a multi-functional compound with great medicinal value. With the accumulated studies of luteolin, the molecular mechanisms of its pharmacological effects are understood relatively deeply. In this review, we summarized the progress of recent research on the pharmacological effects of luteolin, especially the molecular mechanisms.
