Mas功能及其信号转导通路的研究进展

摘 要:肾素-血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensin system, RAS)是人体内重要的体液调节系统,在维持机体血压平衡和心血管功能中发挥重要作用。血管紧张素(1-7) [Angiotensin-(1-7),Ang-(1-7)]是肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)的重要组成部分,是Mas受体的天然配体。通常状况下,Ang-(1-7)通过与Mas受体的结合,拮抗血管紧张素Ⅱ(Angiotensin II, Ang II)的作用,在生理和病理过程中具有积极保护作用。以往对Mas的研究集中在对其功能的研究,近年来出现了很多对其信号转导通路的研究报道。主要针对Mas介导的信号转导通路进行综述,以期揭示Mas复杂生理功能的可能机制。

Research progress on Mas function and its signaling pathway

Abstract: The renin-angiotensin system (RAS) is a significant humoral regulating system, which plays an important role in maintaining blood pressure and cardiovascular function. As an important bioactive peptide of RAS, angiotensin-(1-7) (Ang-(1-7)) is involved in many physiological and pathological processes via direct interaction with its special receptor Mas to antagonize the function of AngII. Previous studies on Mas focused on the physiological function, and recently more researches have been performed on its signal pathway. This article mainly summarized the signaling pathway mediated by Mas to reveal the possible mechanism associated with the function of Mas complex.
