MiRNAs在干扰素抗病毒中的作用

摘 要:干扰素(interferons, IFNs)是一种抗病毒免疫反应的重要细胞因子,深入研究干扰素抗病毒的作用机制具有重要意义。由于IFNs是哺乳动物抗病毒固有免疫的主要部分,而microRNAs (miRNAs)在一系列生物学过程如细胞增殖、分化、凋亡及免疫系统发育与应答反应中发挥重要调节作用,因此细胞或病毒编码的miRNAs与IFNs相互调控可作用于细胞的抗病毒反应。研究证明miRNAs可调控IFNs,IFNs亦可调控miRNAs。试图对miRNAs在IFNs抗病毒中的作用作一概述。

The role of miRNAs in interferon antiviral activities

Abstract: Interferons (IFNs) are a group of important cytokines involving in the antiviral immune response, and it is of great significance to explore the mechanisms underlying the interferon antiviral activities. Because IFNs represent an integral part of the mammalian antiviral innate immunity, and miRNAs play an important role in a series of biological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and the development and responses of the immune system, the mutual regulation between cellular/viral miRNAs and the IFN system could act on the cellular antiviral responses. Recent studies have shown that miRNAs could regulate IFNs, and vice versa. This review will summarize the roles of miRNAs in IFN antiviral responses.
