硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶基因的功能与调控

摘 要:硬脂酰辅酶A 去饱和酶(stearoyl-CoA desaturase, SCD) 是合成单不饱和脂肪酸的限速酶,是调节肝脏脂肪生成和脂类氧化的关键控制点。该酶活性的改变会导致脂质代谢异常,从而引起各类脂肪代谢相关疾病的产生。因此,对SCD 基因功能和调控机理的研究可能会成为治疗肥胖症、癌症等相关疾病的潜在途径,以及改善动物产品脂肪酸组成的有效方法。

The function and regulation of stearoyl-CoA desaturase gene

Abstract: Stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD) is a rate-limiting enzyme in the biosynthesis of monounsaturated fatty acids. The SCD gene is critical in regulation of liver lipogenesis and lipid oxidation. The change of the enzyme activity can lead to lipid metabolic abnormalities and is associated with kinds of disease. Therefore, studies on the function and regulation of SCD gene would be a potential way for therapy and an effective method for improving the fatty acids component of animals’ production.
