活性氧关联的儿茶素生物活性研究进展

摘 要:儿茶素为黄烷醇类化合物,具有抑制脂质过氧化及DNA 氧化损伤,调控细胞活性氧与胞内蛋白质表达及细胞因子水平,保护心脑血管、抗炎及预防肿瘤发生等广泛的生理功效。简要总结活性氧关联的儿茶素调控细胞内信号通路过程中所涉及的生理活性功能,阐述其内在联系,希望为进一步深入探索儿茶素的生物活性机制作铺垫。
 
Bioactivities of catechins and their association with reactive oxygen species

Abstract: Catechins as the flavonols have many pharmacological functions, such as inhibition of lipids prooxidation and DNA oxidation damages, regulation of the intracellular reactive oxygen species level and protein expression, cardiovascular protection, and anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects. This review focused on intrinsic correlation between the physiological activities of catechins and intracellular cell signaling pathway associated with reactive oxygen species regulation.
