磷酸化多糖的研究进展

摘要:磷酸化多糖作为多糖的重要衍生物,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等多种生物活性,是研究多糖构效关系不可或缺的一部分。磷酸化多糖广泛存在于自然界中,结构复杂多样。鉴于天然磷酸化多糖分离困难繁琐,磷酸化多糖的化学合成引起了人们的重视,发展了诸多多糖磷酸化的方法。从天然磷酸化多糖、多糖磷酸化方法、磷酸化多糖的生物活性及应用三个方面简要介绍了磷酸化多糖的研究进展。
 
Research progress of phosphorylated polysaccharides

Abstract: Phosphorylated polysaccharides which are important derivatives of polysaccharides, have a variety of bioactivities, such as immunoregulation, antitumor, antivirus and so on. Phosphorylated polysaccharides are widely distributed in nature and have complex structures. Because the separation of natural phosphorylated polysaccharides is difficult and trival, chemical synthesis draws people’s attention and many methods have been developed. In this paper, the progress of phosphorylated polysaccharides was elaborated from three aspects including natural phosphorylated polysaccharides, methods of phosphorylation of polysaccharides and bioactivities of phosphorylated polysaccharides.
