Toll样受体与代谢及代谢相关疾病

摘 要: Toll 样受体(Toll-like receptors, TLRs) 属于模式识别受体家族,通过识别病原相关分子模式,在天然免疫反应中发挥重要作用。TLRs 还是连接天然免疫反应和适应性免疫反应的桥梁。近年来的研究发现,TLRs 介导的炎症反应参与代谢相关疾病的发生发展。将对TLRs 在肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病、脂肪肝和动脉粥样硬化发生发展中的作用,以及TLRs 在生理性代谢调控中的作用的最新进展作一综述。Toll 样受体作为连接炎症和代谢调控的关键分子,是预防和治疗代谢相关疾病的潜在靶标。

Involvement of Toll-like receptors in metabolism and metabolic disorders

Abstract: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) belong to pattern-recognition receptor family. TLRs play a critical role in the innate immune response through recognizing pathogen-associated molecular patterns, and link innate and adaptive immune responses. Recent studies suggest that TLRs-mediated inflammatory responses are involved in the development of metabolic disorders. Here we summarize recent progress in the contribution of TLRs in the pathogenesis of obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes, liver steatosis and atherosclerosis, as well as the physiological regulation of metabolism. As a link between inflammation and metabolism, TLRs are potential targets for preventing and treating metabolic disorders.
