海洋微生物多样性研究技术进展

摘 要:海洋微生物资源丰富,开发潜力巨大,综述了稀释培养、高通量培养、扩散盒培养和微囊包埋等新的海洋微生物可培养技术的发展,重点阐述了基于现代分子技术的PCR、DGGE/TGGE、gyrB基因、基因芯片、环境基因组学和质谱等方法在未培养海洋微生物多样性研究中的应用。通过上述研究技术和方法的创新,人类开发海洋微生物资源进入一个崭新的时代。

Research techniques and advances on the marine microbial diversity

Abstract: Ocean is rich in microbial resources, and has great exploitation potentialities. In this paper, some new culture techniques and applications such as dilution culture, highthroughput culturing, diffusion chamber and microencapsulation methods are reviewed. Simultaneously, the molecular methods include PCR, DGGE/TGGE, gyrB, environmental genomics and mass spectrometry are mainly discussed. Based on the above research techniques and methods of innovation, the exploitation of marine microbial resources will go into a new era.
