H1foo的分子结构特征及其功能

摘 要:哺乳动物细胞内存在着多种亚型的连接组蛋白,其中H1foo是首先在小鼠中发现、在卵母细胞中特异表达的一种连接组蛋白。H1foo通过与染色质的结合,改变染色质的结构,进而参与卵母细胞的成熟、受精后对精子染色质的重构及在体细胞核移植中对体细胞核的重编程等。本文就H1foo的分子结构特征、表达特点及其在受精过程、体细胞核的重编程过程中的作用作一综述。

The molecular structure and function of H1foo

Abstract: Among many subtypes of linker histone in mammalian cell, oocyte-specific linker histone H1foo was first found in mouse which expresses specifically in oocytes. By regulating the chromatin structure and function, H1foo is involved in various mechanisms in embryogenesis such as the mature of oocyte, remodeling chromatin of sperm after fertilization and even reprogramming the donor cell after somatic nuclear transfer (SCNT). We summerize the character of molecular structure, expression pattern of H1foo, and its function in fertilization, reprogramming the somatic cell after SCNT in this article.
