内皮细胞微粒与脓毒症研究进展

摘 要:内皮细胞微粒是活化或凋亡的内皮细胞表面释放的直径<1祄的小囊泡。它是反映内皮功能的标志物。研究表明在脓毒症的发生发展过程中,内皮细胞微粒在炎症反应、凝血反应、血管内皮功能等多方面能发挥有利和有害双方面的作用。脓毒症的研究进展和内皮细胞微粒密切相关。该文将就内皮细胞微粒与脓毒症研究进展做一简要综述。

Endothelial microparticles and research advances of sepsis

Abstract: Endothelial microparticles are vesicles of less than 1 祄 diameter, shed from endothelial cells in response to activation or apoptosis. They are the markers for the function of endothelium. Studies have shown that endothelial microparticles can exert both beneficial and detrimental effects on inflammatory responses, coagulant responses and endothelial function during the development of sepsis. Endothelial microparticles are closely related to the advances of research of sepsis. This article is a review of endothelial microparticles and research advances of sepsis.
