HIV-1载体的研发沿革

摘 要:自从科学家于1983年发现了人类免疫性缺陷病毒1 (human immunodeficiency virus 1, HIV-1)以来,随着对它的研究不断深入,其表达载体的开发也有了长足的进步。与其他逆转录病毒载体相比,如莫罗尼小鼠白血病病毒 (murine leukemia virus, MLV) 载体和泡沫病毒(foamy virus, FV)载体等,HIV-1载体具有诸多独特的优点,因而有着更广泛的应用于临床基因治疗的前景。该文对HIV-1载体的研发过程及其优缺点进行综述。

The advances of HIV-1 vector research

Abstract: Since the first discovery of human immunodeficiency virus 1 (HIV-1) in 1983, scientists have gained a lot of insights on HIV-1. At the meantime, the research on its vector has been made quite big achievements. In contrast to other retroviral vectors, such as murine leukemia virus (MLV) vector, or foamy virus(FV) vector, HIV-1 vector holds a few unique advantages, which is more suitable for the usage in gene therapy. In this review, the research advances in HIV-1 vector with its features have been extensively discussed.
