炎性因子引起器官纤维化及上皮-间充质转化机制的研究进展

摘 要:炎症和上皮- 间充质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition, EMT) 是器官纤维化中的关键环节,厘清两者的关系有助于更好地研究和治疗器官纤维化。白细胞介素、TNF-α、IFN-γ 影响器官纤维化过程,并能够通过不同信号通路引起EMT 和上皮细胞向肌成纤维细胞转化,增强分泌细胞外基质的能力。现将对上述炎性因子与器官纤维化及EMT 之间的关系及其中涉及的通路作一综述,试图对后续的研究和临床治疗提供新思路。
 
Roles of proinflammatory cytokines in organ fibrosis and epithelial-mesenchymal transition

Abstract: Inflammation and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) are key events contributing to organ fibrosis. It is necessary to clarify the relationship between EMT and inflammation for better study and treatment of fibrosis. Proinflammatory cytokines, including interleukin, TNF-α and IFN-γ, induce EMT, reinforce collagen synthesis, and exacerbate fibrosis through different signal pathways. In this review, we discuss the mechanisms and signal
    pathways involved in proinflammatory cytokines, fibrosis and EMT, which may facilitate the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for various organ fibrosis.
