Torque Teno Virus流行与多样性研究进展

摘 要:Torque Teno Virus (TTV) 是环状、无囊膜的人类DNA 病毒,是首个感染人类的单链DNA 病毒。TTV 具有高流行率、全球分布、基因组异质性以及宿主泛嗜性等典型特点,但是其复制机制、基因组异质性的原因、感染机理和致病机制目前尚不清楚。现从TTV 病毒流行情况,包括传播途径和流行率、病毒基因组的复制及异质性等方面展开综述。
 
Research progress of Torque Teno Virus epidemic and diversity

Abstract: Torque Teno Virus (TTV) is the nonenveloped virus with a circular DNA genome. TTV is the first single stranded circular DNA virus that infects humans. TTV is characterized by an extremely high prevalence, relatively uniform distribution worldwide and a high level of genomic heterogeneity, as well as an apparent pan-tropism at the host level. Neither the mechanism of the virus replication nor the cause of genomic heterogeneity and the mechanism of infection and the pathogenesis of the disease have been fully understood. In this paper, we reviewed the epidemic situation of TTV, including the transmission route and the prevalence rate, the replication and heterogeneity of the viral genome.
