长链非编码RNAs:病理性疼痛中的新参与者

摘 要:病理性疼痛对常规的镇痛药物治疗反应不理想,同时目前的药物治疗有较大的副作用和禁忌症,严重制约了临床应用。因此,需要深入理解和研究病理性疼痛的神经生物学机制,寻找新的更有效和更特异的治疗手段。最近研究报道显示,长链非编码RNAs (lncRNA) 在神经系统发育和功能调节方面具有重要作用,并提示lncRNA 和病理性疼痛之间可能存在密切的关系。但目前lncRNA 在病理性疼痛中的研究仍处于探索阶段。现就lncRNA 在病理性疼痛的研究现状作一综述,以期为病理性疼痛的研究和治疗提供新的思路。
 
Long non-coding RNAs: new players in pathological pain

Abstract: Treatment of pathological pain is still a remarkable therapeutic challenge due to poor response as well as the side effects of drugs. Therefore, it is necessary to understand and study the neurobiological mechanism involved in pathological pain, and to find new and more effective therapeutic strategies. Recent studies have shown that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays central roles in the regulation of nervous system development and function, and may be closely related to pathological pain. However, the current research of lncRNA in pathological pain is still in the exploratory stage. This article reviewed the research progress on lncRNA related with pathological pain to provide new ideas for the research and treatment of pathological pain.
