狂犬病病毒逃逸宿主天然免疫反应的研究进展

摘 要:狂犬病是由狂犬病病毒感染引起的一种古老的人畜共患病,至今仍在世界上多数地区广泛存在,严重威胁着人类的生命安全。在与宿主长期博弈的过程中,狂犬病病毒进化出了多种有利于自身存活的手段。天然免疫反应是宿主机体的第一道屏障,逃逸天然宿主免疫反应是病毒生存的重要策略。尽管目前已经有了部分解析,但是人们对狂犬病病毒逃逸宿主免疫反应机制的理解仍不够全面,限制了对狂犬病的有效治疗和防控。现总结近年来狂犬病病毒逃逸宿主天然免疫反应的研究进展,探讨狂犬病病毒各个蛋白在逃逸宿主天然免疫反应过程中发挥的作用,为后续研究奠定基础。
 
The research progress on the mechanism of evasion from the host innate immune response by rabies virus

Abstract: Rabies caused by rabies virus has been strongly threatening the safety of human life. In the long period of struggling with host, rabies virus has evolved a variety of strategies to survive and escape from the host innate
    immune response, which is an important requirement for the survival of rabies virus. Although there has been some related studies, the mechanism of rabies virus escaping from the host immune response is not clear for us. This review summarizes the research progress on rabies virus escaping from the host innate immune response and discusses the function of each protein of rabies virus in the immune escape process, which provides the basis for the future studies.
