非编码RNA药物的研究进展

摘 要:非编码RNA (non-coding RNA, ncRNA) 是指从DNA 转录而来,不翻译成蛋白质的RNA 分子。以前人们认为非编码RNA 仅仅是基因表达的副产物,随着研究的深入,人们发现非编码RNA 参与到生命活动的各个方面,尤其是多种疾病的发生过程。多种非编码RNA 被设计成药物,不少已经通过临床试验用于疾病治疗。核酸药物递送系统的发展为非编码RNA 递送提供了解决方案,大大加快了非编码RNA 药物的研究进展。现对近年来非编码RNA 药物及药物递送系统进行综述,希望能够激发更多非编码RNA 药物研究的热情和动力。
 
Advances in non-coding RNA therapeutics

Abstract: Non-coding RNA (ncRNA) refers to a kind of functional RNA molecule that is transcript from DNA and is not translated into protein. Previously, ncRNA was thought to be the by-product of gene expression. Gradually, people found that ncRNA was involved in all aspects of cellular activities, especially in the development of multiple diseases. A variety of ncRNAs have been designed into therapeutics, and many have finished the clinical trials for multiple diseases treatment. The development of nucleic acid drug delivery systems provides a solution for ncRNA delivery, which greatly accelerates the progress of ncRNA therapeutics development. Herein, we reviewed current ncRNA therapeutics and their delivery systems, hoping to promote the development of ncRNA therapeutics.
