线粒体功能障碍机制及其相关疾病研究进展

摘 要:线粒体是真核细胞重要的细胞器,与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。线粒体膜受到破坏、呼吸链受到抑制、酶活性降低、线粒体DNA (mitochondrial DNA, mtDNA) 的损伤等都会引起线粒体功能障碍,可直接或间接地影响整个细胞的正常功能。现就线粒体功能障碍与其相关疾病的关系作一综述。

Abstract: The mitochondria are an important organelle for the eukaryotic cell and closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases. Mitochondrial dysfunction can be caused by several factors such as breach of the mitochondrial membrane, inhibition of the respiratory chain, decrease of the enzyme activity and damage of the mitochondrial DNA. It may affect the normal functions of the whole cell directly or indirectly. This study overviews the researches about the diseases caused by the mitochondrial dysfunction.
