毒黄素的合成、分离及其检测技术研究进展

摘 要:毒黄素是一种小分子脂肪酸类外毒素,存在于酵米面、变质银耳等被假单胞菌污染的食物中。毒黄素具有抑菌、杀菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤性等潜在性能,在抗菌剂和抗肿瘤剂开发上具有较高的商业价值。现就毒黄素的合成( 化学合成法和生物合成法)、分离( 薄层色谱法、重结晶法) 及检测方法( 分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、质谱法、生物传感测定法) 等方面的最新研究进展作简要评述,对开展毒黄素的合成及分离检测等相关研究具有重要意义。
 
Advances in the synthesis, separation and detection technology of toxoflavin

Abstract: Toxoflavin is an aliphatic acid exotoxin with small molecular mass found in Pseudomonas contaminated food such as yeast rice, white fungus and so forth. Toxoflavin has high commercial values as antibacterial and antitumor agent drugs due to its antibacterial, bactericidal, anti-viral and anti-tumor potential activities. In this paper, brief review about toxoflavin has been made in recent progress on its synthesis (chemosynthesis and biosynthesis), separation (TLC and recrystallization) and detection, including the methods of spectrophotometry, HPLC, MS and biosensor, which is significant to related researches.
