胆汁酸衍生物的生物活性研究新进展

摘 要:胆汁酸是一类由含1~3 个羟基的刚性甾体骨架和带有末端羧基的烷烃支链构成的内源性甾体类天然产物,具有多种生物活性。基于胆汁酸骨架的结构修饰及其生物活性研究对于药理学和药物发现具有重要意义。现仅就2013 年以来胆汁酸衍生物及其生物活性研究方面的最新进展进行简要综述。
 
Recent progress on biological activities of bile acid derivatives

Abstract: Bile acids, which exhibit extensive biological activities, are endogenous steroidal natural compounds consisted of two units, that is, a rigid steroid nucleus containing one to three hydroxyl groups and a short aliphatic side chain with a carboxyl group at the end position. The structural modification on bile acid scaffold and biological activities study plays an important role in the field of pharmacology and drug discovery. Herein, the recent progress on biological activities of bile acid derivatives is reviewed.
