长链非编码RNA HOTAIR在细胞增殖中的作用机制

摘 要:HOTAIR 全称HOX 转录反义RNA (HOX transcript antisense RNA),是首条被发现以反式作用调控基因表达的长链非编码RNA (lncRNA)。HOTAIR 在多种癌细胞和肿瘤组织中都呈现高表达。HOTAIR 的高表达能促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力,而细胞的无限增殖与癌症的发生发展密切相关。现将论述HOTAIR 的发现、结构、功能,并将针对HOTAIR 对细胞增殖的影响及其作用机制进行综述。
 
The role of long non-coding RNA HOTAIR in cell proliferation

Abstract: HOX transcript antisense RNA (HOTAIR) is the first long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) which was found to have regulatory functions of reverse transcription. HOTAIR was up-regulated in various human carcinoma cells and cancer tissues. Overexpression of HOTAIR can promote tumor cell proliferation, migration and invasion. And the abnormal of cell proliferation is closely related to the development of cancer. Here, we overview the discovery, structure, functions of HOTAIR and especially the mechanism of its effects on tumor cell proliferation.
