长非编码RNA与肿瘤代谢

摘 要:长链非编码RNA (1ong noncoding RNA, lncRNA) 通过对基因的表达调控及形成蛋白质复合体等多种机制,广泛地参与细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、迁移、衰老及代谢等各种生命过程,其表达与机体的正常发育以及人类的重大疾病发生密切相关。对近年来lncRNA 与细胞代谢,主要是糖代谢和脂代谢的最新进展作一简要综述。
 
Long noncoding RNA and tumor metabolism

Abstract: Long noncoding RNA is a new type of molecules which are widely involved in key biological processes related to cell proliferation, differentiation, cell death/migration, cell aging and metabolism. It regulates gene expression at different levels by interaction with various DNA, RNA or proteins and thus to affect normal physiology and human disease. In this short review, we will focus on the most recent development on the lncRNAs in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism for tumor cells.
