干扰素诱导蛋白家族成员IFI16在肿瘤中作用的研究进展

摘 要:IFI16 是干扰素诱导蛋白p200 家族中的人成员蛋白。IFI16 作为多功能效应蛋白参与细胞生长、分化、衰老、凋亡及作为天然DNA 感受器参与细胞天然、被动免疫反应过程。近年发现IFI16 异常表达与多种肿瘤的发生密切相关。IFI16 依不同组织或细胞呈现不同的“抗肿瘤”或“促肿瘤”调控机制。现就以IFI16 基因结构与功能为切入点,就近年IFI16 在肿瘤领域中的研究现状及作用机制进行综述。

Abstract: IFI16 is one member of interferon-inducible proteins family. As a pleiotropic cytokine, IFI16 plays an important role in cell growth, differentiation, senescence and apoptosis, even in innate and adaptive immunity. In very recent years, more and more studies showed that abnormal expression of IFI16 was closely related with tumor development. IFI16 displayed two different sides of a coin which depend on cell types. On one side it promoted tumor development and on the other side it suppressed cell growth. In this paper, we first describe the structure and physiological function of IFI16, then review the advance and molecular mechanism of IFI16 in tumor research.
