生物毒素检测方法及标准物质研究进展

摘 要:生物毒素是一类重要的生物来源的活性物质,其生物毒性和活性使得其成为公共安全和药物研发关注的热点。基于质谱、生物传感器等的新型分析技术极大地提高了分析的灵敏度、特异性和准确度,在生物毒素检测中发挥着越来越重要的作用。生物毒素标准物质是保证生物毒素定量检测结果准确、可比和可溯源的重要物质基础,对其迫切的需求使得各国都在研发急需的生物毒素标准物质。现对近年生物毒素检测方法及标准物质的研究现状进行了综述。
 
Current progress on detection methods and reference materials of biotoxins

Abstract: Biotoxins are a group of significant biogenicactive compounds and become the focus of attention in the fields of public safety and medicine research for their toxicity and bioactivity. New detection methods based on mass spectrometry and biosensors improve the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of analysis and are playing an increasingly important role. Biotoxin reference materials are the essential material base for assuring the accuracy, comparability and traceability of the quantitative results, so many countries are developing biotoxin reference materials in urgent need. The current progress on the detection methods and reference materials of biotoxins in recent years are reviewed in this article.
