眼镜蛇毒因子在生命科学中的应用

摘 要:补体是免疫系统的重要组成部分,在机体的天然防御和免疫调控中发挥重要作用。补体的过度激活会引起炎症和组织损伤,尤其是补体旁路途径的过度激活在一系列疾病和病征的发生发展中扮演了重要角色。从眼镜蛇毒中分离获得的补体旁路特异激活蛋白——眼镜蛇毒因子在补体相关研究中发挥了重要作用。现就眼镜蛇毒因子在生命科学中的应用情况做一综述。
 
Application of cobra venom factor in life sciences

Abstract: The complement system is an important part of the immune system. It plays an important role in innate and adaptive immunity. Excessive activation of the complement system may cause inflammation and tissue injury. Especially, uncontrolled activation of the alternative complement pathway is deeply involved in the pathogenesis of many diseases. As a specific activator of the alternative complement pathway, cobra venom factor isolated from cobra venom is important in the complement-related research. In this paper, application of cobra venom factor in life sciences is reviewed.
