我国H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的流行和进化特点

摘 要:H9N2 亚型禽流感病毒(AIV) 于1966 年从北美的火鸡群中首次被分离以来。自20 世纪90 年代以来,H9N2 病毒已经在世界多个国家和地区发展成地方流行并形成了稳定的种系,是当前禽流感流行的主要亚型之一,严重危害养禽业的发展。此外,H9N2 亚型AIV 也可以感染猪,甚至能够直接感染人,具有重要的公共卫生意义。H9N2 亚型AIV 还可以为H5N1、H7N9 以及H10N8 等能够直接感染人并致死的AIV 提供部分甚至整套内部基因,潜在危害备受关注。对H9N2 亚型AIV 在我国的流行和进化特点进行了简要综述。
 
Features of the evolution and epidemiology of H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus in China

Abstract: H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus (AIV) was first isolated in turkey flocks in North America in 1966. It has been endemic and established stable lineages in several countries and regions worldwide since 1990s. At present, H9N2 is one of the major subtypes of AIV circulating in many parts of the world, which poses a great threat to poultry industry. In addition, H9N2 subtype AIV can infect pig even human beings, with significant public health
    implications. Moreover, considerable concern has also focused on the potential threat of H9N2 subtype AIV as it provides partial or the whole cassette of internal genes to other AIVs to generate the human-lethal H5N1 in Hong Kong in 1997, the novel H7N9 and H10N8 in 2013. In this review, the features of evolution and epidemiology of H9N2 subtype AIV in China were briefly discussed.
