改变细胞命运的重编程

摘 要:体细胞重编程是指用特定方法使已分化的细胞重新获得多能性的过程,可通过核移植、细胞融合、多能细胞提取物共培养和诱导性多能干细胞等途径实现。其中,诱导性多能干细胞技术发展最为迅速,应用前景广阔。现主要介绍重编程领域近年的研究进展。
 
Recent progress in somatic cell reprogramming

Abstract: Differentiated somatic cells can be reprogrammed to pluripotent state by several techniques, including nuclear transfer, cell fusion, co-culture with pluripotent cell extracts and the recently discovered induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology. iPSCs are highly valuable in regenerative medicine and the techniques in generating iPSCs are evolving very fast. In this review, we summarize recent progress in the research of somatic cell reprogramming and iPSCs.
