HSCs辐射损伤机制研究进展

摘 要:HSCs (hematopoietic stem cells, HSCs) 具有自我更新和定向分化能力。电离辐射通过诱导HSCs 细胞死亡使HSCs 数量减少、诱导HSCs 衰老引起HSCs 自我更新能力的改变,以及诱导HSCs 分化异常进而损伤HSCs,深入研究HSCs 辐射损伤机制将为骨髓辐射损伤研究提供新思路。
 
Hematopoietic stem cells injury induced by ionizing radiation: a review of recent progress

Abstract: Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) has the potentiality to renew themselves and to differentiate into different lineages of blood cells. Exposure to ionizing radiation (IR) causes HSCs damage, the mechanisms include: induction of HSCs death that leading to the reduction in HSCs reserves, induction of HSCs senescence which impairs HSCs self-renewal capacity, and promotion of HSCs differentiation that changes the banlance of hematopoietic lineages. Mechanisms whereby IR damages HSCs will provide new opportunities for developing new strategies to mitigate IR-induced bone marrow(BM) suppression.
