BDNF及其受体在抗抑郁症中的作用及其机制研究

脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurothrophic factor, BDNF) 广泛存在于中枢和外周神经系统,具有神经再生和修复功能。近年来,研究发现BDNF 在改善抑郁发生过程中神经可塑性以及抗抑郁药物治疗中发挥重要的作用。综述了BDNF 及其受体在抗抑郁症中的作用及其机制研究。
 
The study on the roles and mechanisms of BDNF and its receptors in anti-depression

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) extensively exists in the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system, which functions in nerve regeneration and nerve repair. In recent years, it has been found that BDNF plays important roles in neural plasticity in the progress of depression and in the treatment of antidepressant medicines. This article reviews the research on the roles of BDNF and its receptors in anti-depression and the mechanisms.
